Sometimes an initiative needs outside expertise and no organizational baggage. I step in as the right person for that specific thing, leading the work not just advising on it. The engagement is defined, the deliverable is clear, and when the work is done you have something built that lasts.

Sometimes a team needs to stop, get in a room, and work through something with someone who is not inside the politics of it. A single offsite, workshop, or working session can unlock what months of internal conversation could not. I design and facilitate high-intensity sessions that give leadership teams an outside perspective, a structured process, and a tangible output.

My background in behavioral science means I see the patterns underneath the operational problems — why decisions stall, where team friction actually comes from, what a founder's behavior under pressure is quietly teaching their culture. Fixing the system without understanding the humans running it is just expensive duct tape.
