Dark architectural design

built to hold

what others can’t

Some people separate work and life. I integrate them, and I build companies that do the same. Strategy and soul. Execution and humanity. The third edge between every false choice you have been handed.

operational excellence. human intelligence. without compromise.

what i solve

You are good at building. What is breaking is everything around what you’ve worked so hard to build. The operations, the people, the decisions that never get made, the initiatives that never get off the ground. That is exactly what I fix. Depending on what you need, I work three ways.

  • You are running the company and running out of bandwidth. Decisions are stacking up, your team needs more than you can give, and the operational layer that should exist between you and everyone else simply does not. I step into that gap permanently. Embedded in your business, I function as the operator a growing company needs before it is ready to hire a COO. The chaos does not disappear. It just stops landing on you.

  • Not every gap requires an ongoing commitment. Sometimes a specific function needs real leadership and there is no one internally to own it. Sometimes an initiative needs outside expertise and no organizational baggage. I step in as the right person for that specific thing, leading the work not just advising on it. The engagement is defined, the deliverable is clear, and when the work is done you have something built that lasts.

  • Sometimes a team needs to stop, get in a room, and work through something with someone who is not inside the politics of it. A single offsite, workshop, or working session can unlock what months of internal conversation could not. I design and facilitate high-intensity sessions that give leadership teams an outside perspective, a structured process, and a tangible output.

THE KONCINNITY PHILOSOPHY

01

SUSTAINABLE IS SMARTER

A company that requires heroics to maintain is not a growth strategy. The founders who last are not the ones who pushed hardest, they are the ones who built systems strong enough to hold without them. That is what I build.

02

people are the operating system

The best operators understand people. My background in behavioral science means I see the patterns underneath the operational problems — why decisions stall, where team friction actually comes from, what a founder's behavior under pressure is quietly teaching their culture. Fixing the system without understanding the humans running it is just expensive duct tape.

03

integration over balance

Work-life balance was always a broken promise, especially for people whose work is their life. Integration is different. It is building a company and a life that are not in constant competition with each other. That is what Koncinnity is built on, and what every engagement is designed to move you toward.

Kasey averett

Founder, Koncinnity

I am hardwired to do many things at once, and do them well. Holding operations, marketing, people strategy, and CEO-level thinking simultaneously is not something I fell into. It is how I am built, and it is where I thrive.

I have spent years inside early-stage and growth-stage companies building the infrastructure that lets leaders focus forward. Go-to-market systems that actually launch, people operations that scale without chaos, and the organizational clarity that keeps a team aligned when everything is moving fast.

My background in behavioral science and executive coaching adds a layer most operators do not have. I see the human patterns underneath the operational ones, and that changes everything about how the work gets done.

Koncinnity works with a small number of CLIENTS at a time. If you are building something and feeling the weight of it, let's talk.

two clients. deep work. no chaos.
